Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your therapy. We’ll provide this in writing before you begin and at any time upon request.
The estimate will outline the anticipated total cost based on the number and type of sessions we discuss. Actual costs may change depending on your needs and treatment plan.
If you receive a bill $400 or more above your estimate, you can dispute it. Learn more at www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
