Clinical Supervision

We offer clinical supervision for psychotherapists grounded in psychodynamic, relational, and trauma-informed frameworks.

Supervision with Beth Gladstone, LCSW, draws on her experience as a clinician, group practice leader, and supervisor in both agency and private practice settings.

Beth brings a warm, collaborative approach to supervision—supporting early-career therapists and seasoned clinicians alike in deepening their clinical insight, reflecting on countertransference, and building confidence in their voice and style.

Supervision with Beth goes beyond meeting licensure requirements. She emphasizes the practical realities of clinical work: developing a felt sense of intuition, navigating the inevitable gray areas of ethics, and staying present in the room even when the work is challenging. With a special dedication to MSW students and new clinicians, Beth offers guidance rooted in her knowledge of attachment, her awareness of burnout, and her commitment to helping therapists learn how to hold space for others while maintaining their own balance and integrity.

Whether you’re working toward licensure, feeling stuck with a case, or seeking a steady space to grow your clinical thinking, supervision can provide the grounding, perspective, and nuance that meaningful therapy requires.

Supervision Credentials and Experience

Beth Gladstone, LCSW received her SIFI Certification (Seminar in Field Instruction) from Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College in 2021, and has provided clinical supervision to MSW students, LMSWs, and LCSWs since. She has supervised in a range of settings, including The LGBT Center, the Institute for Human Identity, Dwellness In-Home Psychological Services (with a focus on high-risk cases), and her own private practice, Beth Gladstone Therapy.

Across these roles, she has supported therapists in working with diverse populations, navigating complex relational dynamics, and holding high-risk clinical presentations with steadiness and care. We create space to explore complex cases, deepen insight, and navigate countertransference without judgment. Supervision is a place to grow your skills, feel more confident in the room, and sustain yourself in this work—at a pace that feels steady and supportive.

Authentic Connection

We believe therapy works best when it feels real. We build honest, grounded relationships with our clients—rooted in trust, safety, and mutual respect.

Affirming & Inclusive

We meet you with curiosity, not assumptions. Your identity, experience, and emotions are all welcome here—without shame, pressure, or the need to explain.

Clinically Grounded

Our work is rooted in psychodynamic and evidence-based practices, delivered through a trauma-informed lens. We tailor our approach to support you as a whole person—not just a set of symptoms.
