Workshops

We offer interactive workshops and trainings for therapists, organizations, and community groups—focused on building inclusive, trauma-informed, and clinically sound care.

Beth Gladstone, LCSW, has facilitated parenting workshops through PFLAG, led LGBTQIA+ clinical trainings for therapy practices and institutions, and provided education on risk assessment and suicide prevention in both college and clinical settings. Her facilitation style is thoughtful, collaborative, and rooted in real-life clinical experience.

Workshops are designed to be engaging, practical, and identity-affirming—with topics including gender and sexuality competence, affirming care for youth and families, clinician self-reflection, and trauma-informed frameworks. We tailor offerings to fit your team’s goals, whether you’re a school, agency, group practice, or community-based program.

Clinical and Community Workshop Specialties

Our Approach

We believe workshops should be engaging, practical, and inclusive—not one-way lectures. Whether we’re meeting with clinicians, parents, or community groups, our approach is rooted in openness, curiosity, and cultural humility. We create space for real conversation, skill-building, and reflection, tailoring each workshop to the needs and lived experiences of the people in the room. Learning should feel relevant, collaborative, and ready to use right away.

Authentic Connection

We believe therapy works best when it feels real. We build honest, grounded relationships with our clients—rooted in trust, safety, and mutual respect.

Affirming & Inclusive

We meet you with curiosity, not assumptions. Your identity, experience, and emotions are all welcome here—without shame, pressure, or the need to explain.

Clinically Grounded

Our work is rooted in psychodynamic and evidence-based practices, delivered through a trauma-informed lens. We tailor our approach to support you as a whole person—not just a set of symptoms.
