Infertility, Pregnancy, and Postpartum

Fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum are high-impact transitions that deserve support

Trying to grow your family can bring up more than you expected. It’s common to feel grief, anxiety, disconnection, or identity shifts that are hard to name and even harder to talk about. Therapy offers a space to slow down, feel what’s coming up, and get the support you need.

We work with individuals and couples across the reproductive journey, including those navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, medical trauma, or postpartum adjustment. Our approach is affirming, relational, and never rooted in pressure or comparison.

Therapy for Infertility, Pregnancy, and Postpartum can support goals like:

  •  Processing fertility struggles, loss, or disappointment

  • Managing anxiety, anger, or depression during pregnancy or postpartum

  • Navigating changing identity, body image, or partnership dynamics

  • Exploring ambivalence about parenthood or family structure

  • Healing from birth trauma or medical interventions

  • Feeling more resourced, grounded, and connected as a parent or parent-to-be

How we approach Infertility, Pregnancy, and Postpartum support:

  • Offer a space where all feelings—rage, grief, joy, numbness—are welcome

  • Stay flexible and responsive to the pace and unpredictability of the experience

  • Normalize emotional and identity shifts without minimizing them

  • Approach care with deep respect for your choices, autonomy, and lived experience

  • Work relationally and holistically, not just symptom-focused

  • Acknowledge the real impacts of medical trauma and societal pressure
