College Students
College can bring a lot to the surface.
You might be managing anxiety, identity questions, academic pressure, loneliness, or shifts in family and social dynamics—all while trying to figure out who you are and what matters to you. Therapy offers a space to sort through it all, build insight, and develop tools to feel more grounded and connected.
We work with college students who are high-achieving but overwhelmed, self-aware but unsure how to cope, and often holding a lot without much space to process it. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from support—but if you are, we’re here for that too.
Therapy for College Students can support goals like:
Managing anxiety, depression, or academic stress
Fostering boundaries, self-compassion, and emotional regulation
Exploring identity, gender, sexuality, and relationships
Navigating perfectionism, burnout, or fear of failure
Strengthening executive functioning and self-advocacy skills
Addressing substance use, disordered eating, or self-harm with care and safety
Feeling more confident, connected, and supported in this phase of life
How we support College Students:
Build trust through warmth, curiosity, and consistency
Collaborate on self-driven, developmentally meaningful goals
Create a nonjudgmental space to explore
Support autonomy while offering perspective and structure
Model emotional processing and clear communication
Stay attentive to cultural identity, values, and lived experience
