Our work is guided by psychodynamic and evidence-based approaches and a commitment to justice, inclusivity, and authenticity. We’re here to help clients move through stuck patterns, build meaningful relationships, and reconnect with themselves.

This practice reflects Beth’s clinical roots and values—from her early work supporting transgender and gender-expansive youth, to her leadership in building affirming mental health programs, to her commitment to making therapy more accessible, human, and meaningful.

Our team is guided by shared commitments to accessibility, affirmation, and authenticity, shaped by lived experience, shared identities, and a deep connection to the work. Many of us were drawn to this field because we’ve experienced the power of therapy ourselves—and we carry that respect and responsibility into every session, with every client.

Our Office

Our office is tucked just off Union Square—a calm, welcoming space in the middle of one of the city’s busiest corners. Inside, it’s warm, and intentionally designed to feel grounding and comfortable. We can’t promise you won’t hear the occasional siren or street performer (it’s still New York), but we’ve created a space that reflects the values of our work: calm, connection, and care.

We're conveniently located near the 4/5/6, N/Q/R/W, L, and F/M subway lines, just steps from Union Square. The office is accessible by elevator, and we do our best to accommodate sensory needs, mobility access, and other preferences with care and flexibility.

If in-person sessions aren’t the right fit, we also offer secure teletherapy to clients across New York State.
