Our Approach

Change happens when you feel safe enough to be seen and supported enough to try something new. We work to create that balance—grounded in real connection, shaped by inclusive values, and strengthened by practices that are proven to help. These three pillars guide how we show up in the room.

Authentic Connection

We believe therapy works best when it feels real. We build honest, grounded relationships with our clients—rooted in trust, safety, and mutual respect.

Affirming & Inclusive

We meet you with curiosity, not assumptions. Your identity, experience, and emotions are all welcome here—without shame, pressure, or the need to explain.

Clinically Grounded

Our work is rooted in psychodynamic and evidence-based practices, delivered through a trauma-informed lens. We tailor our approach to support you as a whole person—not just a set of symptoms.

Join Our Team

Beth Gladstone Therapy was built on Beth’s clinical roots and values—from her early work supporting transgender and gender-expansive youth, to her leadership in creating affirming mental health programs, to her commitment to making therapy more accessible, human, and meaningful.

Our team is guided by those same commitments: accessibility, affirmation, and authenticity. We’re shaped by lived experience, shared identities, and a deep connection to this work. Many of us were drawn to the field because we’ve experienced the power of therapy ourselves—and we carry that respect and responsibility into every session.

Joining our practice means becoming part of a collaborative, small, down-to-earth team that values growth, reflection, and genuine connection—both with clients and with one another.
